He completed the American Home Inspectors Training Institute Master Course and is certified by ASHI. Marcus completed an 8000 hour carpentry apprentice ship where he build houses from the foundation right through to installing trim. He has spent 7 years fulltime in the carpentry business and over 20 years in a part time building or construction role. He has Trade Certificate and Advanced Trade Certificate in carpentry. He is a registered teacher and taught wood work in high school. With this background and experience Marcus is a highly trained and experienced Home Inspector who is ready to put that experience to work for you.

  • Outstanding Reports. All our inspection reports are computer generated with digital pictures of the defects found. The reports are easy to read and understand. Each section has a summary and an overall summary is included at the front of the report. The report is presented in a “Picture Notebook”.
  • Fully Insured. We carry errors and omissions insurance and general liability insurance.
  • Agent Freedom. Our inspectors have electronic lock box key for access to houses. This frees up the realtors if they cannot attend the inspection.
